We seek an Operations Manager to oversee our growing company's operational, financial, and administrative aspects. The Operations Manager will execute the company's strategic vision, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability. This position is ideal for someone who has run their own business but is tired of sales, has excellent leadership skills, a strong business sense, and can uphold quality safety standards.
Our Ideal Operations Manager:
- Experienced: At least 3 years in the construction field with a proven ability to lead & motivate teams to achieve results. Must be good with numbers and spreadsheets and use business data to drive critical decisions.
- Computer Savvy: Able to quickly learn new software/technology.Basic Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with QuickBooks & project management software.
- Good Communicator: Able to communicate effectively with the team; Ability to build strong relationships & provide support so everyone can achieve company goals.
- Ideal Team Player: Someone who is professional, maintains a positive & encouraging attitude, and is accountable & responsible for the team's actions. Humble enough to admit mistakes & driven to do a great job.
- Practical Visionary: Able to make big-picture goals and understand how the day-to-day operational details will fulfill that goal in time.
- Servant Leader: Someone who manages a fast-paced, collaborative team and expects results but leads through encouragement, support, and patient training; can delegate and motivate people. Lives a life of high integrity.
- Active: Travels to job sites and navigates uneven terrain occasionally; able to climb stairs to the office.

What We Offer Our Operations Manager:
- $100K base salary PLUS profit sharing (Anticipated earnings $120-$140k+)
